The European Commission has published (9th October 2013)a tender (€1.2m) for an 18 month  contract to provide:

• Web service and guidance to disseminate information on the Atlantic Strategy, its research and investment priorities;
• Focal Point Service Teams (in France, Ireland, Portugal Spain and the UK) to provide guidance for public and private organisations wishing to put forward and/or develop projects;
• Pro-active project development: provide assistance to bring project partners together and advise them on the use of EU financial instruments  including European Investment Bank;
• The assistance mechanism will also publicise relevant calls for proposals or calls for tender that could be relevant for the implementation of the Atlantic Action Plan.

Deadline: 17th December 2013 16:00 CET.
